Sebastion’s new house

Today we are going to do a talent show, and also at the end of the day we will have a bonfire and melt marshmallows to make them squidgy and easy to eat. (mostly) Everyone has been practicing for the talent show.

Today we made sandwiches and ate them outside. This morning we played a big game where you had to find certain places that were on a sheet of paper that had pictures of them on it. The winning team would be the ones who found all of the places or as many as they could in the time we had, they would also get extra marshmallows to make squishy.

This was the last day that we could have showers so lots of people had one. In the morning I fed chickens, goats, rabbits and geese as well as sebastian (the peacock who  lives here, his nickname is sebaba.)

Today is the last day that we will be here as tomorrow we are leaving on the coach early in the morning. Sebastian (sebaba) wasn’t being loud this morning or last night but instead a cockerel woke us up. Sebaba now has a new house and because of this we didn’t see him strutting around the place.

This week has been interesting, exciting, adventurous, surprising and creative.

The fantastic Two….

This week in Ringsfield Hall me and my friend Abdulahi had a really fun time, like when we are in our bedroom Abdulahi always tells me and my roomates extremely funny stories or outside we play fun games.

What Abdulahi and I really like about Ringsfield Hall is free time and lots enjoyable places in the grounds or really fun playgrounds. Today we packed our clothes and our other stuff and at lunch we ate sandwitchs.

Also yesterday we went to Africa Alive on the coach, lots of people felt travel sick (including me) but not Abdulahi. Eventually we arrived there safelyand  everyone was very excited. First we had to collect stamps to win medals then we saw lots of animals and we had lots of fun then with the money that our parents and teachers gave us we went to the gift shop. Abdulahi bought a ice cream and a blue ball where-as I bought a colour changing pen, a soft blue ball and a bag of crisps.

So that was some of the fun times me and my friend Abdulahi had this week. We think it is really fun at Ringsfield and you get to learn what to do without your parents and how to look after yourself.

The adventure of Ringsfield Hall

The journey to Ringsfield Hall was extremely long and queezy. But no-one was sick (thank goodness) and eventually we got there after about 3 hours. On the way we stopped off at Framingham Castle. There was a big hill that some people climbed up and had there lunch up there.

Yesterday at Africa live was fun,  we had to collect 8 stamps to get a medal. We had to sketch at least 2 animals. Also we got to see a bunch of animals, especially lions and cheetahs getting fed. There was a gift shop where you had to hand in your stamps if you got all 8, then you would get a medal from the counter person.

The best part of Africa live was seeing the rhinos and the lions getting fed by the zoo-keeper.

Today we got to pick 2 activities we wanted to do, it was out of the games room, art or whitnling sticks for our camp fire tonight. Overall we thought that the trip was outstanding because in London we use lots of technology to keep us entertained, but here we can have lots of fun without technology, making up games, looking after animals, making new friends and exploring!

Who were we?

Hi everybody…the public ,

We have a story to tell you from yesterday. It all started when the chidren went to Africa Alive, we were on the coach sitting on top of all the adults. The coach stopped and every body got of the coach but the driver sat back and  started to drive agian, we started to whimper.

You wouldn’t believe where we went , we went to the park, another school and back to Africa Alive. we were so excited !!! We could not believe we were back with the lovey children (and adults). They got on and we drove back to Ringsfeild Hall.

An adult took us in and  put us back in the fridge, it was so unfair!! The next day, they took us out and cut us up… ahhhahhh !!! Then we were put into the lovely mouths of the children, and that’s where we belong.

by the blue and pink cake, that we were meant to eat on Tuesday…not Thursday

fun at Ringsfield Hall

It’s Thursday! Our last day at Ringsfield Hall

We have had so much fun with the animals and each other. We had some lovely cake and we are having a talent show today. I wonder who will win? I bet there will be some fantastic/funny acts!

This morning we had a selection of activities to do. We had to pick either art, whittling or play in the games room. Lola liked the whittling best, but Kalie liked the art better because the art room is nice and you got to draw whatever you liked. The most exciting part about today is that tonight we are having some marsh mallows on the camp fire.

It has been the best times of our lives, and when you come here you must have fun.

We have to go now because Lola needs to practice her act for the talent show. It’s weird and even more weird.

Ringsfield Hall is EPIC!!!

Dear friends and family,

Today was spectacular! We were woken up by  Sebastion ,the peacock, who was shrieking in the early dawn. We took the 9:30 coach to Africa Alive where we saw many interesting animals such as: Meercats, Otters, Lions and many more.

When we arrived we managed to leave Zain and Lily’s birthday cake on the coach. We might not have seen it again, but fortunately the same coach picked us up so we were able to retrieve the cake.

We saw the Lions,Meercats,Otters and a Cheetah  being fed, the Cheetah didn’t eat the beef because a naughty seagull swooped in before the cheetah even had a chance to have the delicious beef. The Otters ate sardines, they are all brothers. It may sound weird but they even ate the bones.

As we speak Mark and Steve are playing table tennis in the same room as us,it is very distracting so it is hard to concenrate so we are going stop there.

THE AMAZING AFRICA ALIVE………

Today was the best day, although we didn’t have a very good sleep. That may have been because of Abdulahi’s funny stories 🙂

After breakfast we went to Africa Alive to look at animals. We saw giraffe, tigers, rhinos and much more. We had to do a task that involves finding stamps of animals as we walked around the park, who ever finds all 8 stamps will win a medal. We both managed to win a medal.

We went to the gift shop, which was a good shop with lots of toys and cute animals.  After lunch we decided to play crazy golf with our friends, we really had fun.

Today was the most fun day so far, because we went to Africa Alive, saw lots of animals, touched lots of animals and saw animals we had never seen before.

Africa Alive Trip

When we finaly got up to a foggy morning  and had our free time, we saw the coach ariving  to take us to Africia alive. During the short ride some people felt sick, although there were only 15 turns.(A very short journey). As we got off we accidently left the birthday cake that Rings field hall made for Lily and Zain. Oppps!

We had an educational lesson about some animals at the park ,we handled a spiny mouse and stroked a constricter (royal python). We also touched an elephants tusk which was as long as Zara (and thats tall). At two o clock we saw the lions being fed but not long after we saw the cheetahs being fed too.(but the seagulls ate most of the meat.)

We were collecting stamps to occupy ourselves, while we went around and saw all the animals. We also went on a land train that took us around all areas of the park. At the end we got a medal for colecting all the stamps.

As we speak Mark and Steve are playing table tennis (very badly) and its  distracting all of us bloggers! But nevermind because we can play them now we have finished our blog…Bye……..

We are having a good time at Ringsfield Hall. It started off cloudy but as the day went on it got sunny and sweaty. After a boring coach journey we finally reached the heaven [Africa Alive] we had a lovely day, we saw loads of  animals, some big, some small.

Additionally we saw Otters,Merkats,Cheetahs,Lions,Snakes,Spiney mouse,Buffalos,Giraffes,Rhinos,Ostrich,Goats,Rabbits,Ginea pigs and so on.

We got to handle the spiney mouse and a snake. We also got to see lions getting fed and we  were going to see the cheetahs but when the lady threw the food the seagle ate it instead!

Whats at Ringsfield Hall?

This is fantastic! Everyone must come here at least once in there lives. There are Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, baby Rabbits, goats, sheep and Peacocks! So far we have Whittled, made small fires using a flint and steel and we have built Dens. It is totally brilliant!

The rooms are lovely and cosy, there are bunkbeds or single beds with duvets and pillows supplied. I share a bunkbed, I am in the bottom bunk and Holly is on top, its wonderful.
